good food Is the one universal language. Everybody understands deliciousness, flavour and great taste. If you had to put a name to this language, it would have to be Umami.

INSPIRATION 

What makes it all the more fun is that Umami is the appetitive taste. It spreads across the whole tongue instead of just one tiny part of it and provides a mouthwatering sensation that is enormously satisfying.

SOLUTION

The creative solution FOR THIS VISUAL IDENTITY starts with the name of the company, or rather the acronym for it. Nordic Umami Company = NUM.CO. A central visual element of the identity is the tongue. AND AS LUCK WOULD HAVE IT, NUM has one right in the middle of it.
